Before you think you can lie to me or be underhanded, please understand that I am well versed in a creating a website. I want someone of good character. That is why you will sign a lengthy Agreement preventing any problems.
1. You have 4 weeks to create the website and make it go live.
2. Its must be built on wordpress or joomla.
3. It will be hosted on dedicated server
4 I will own the domain and hosting.
5. The site has to have an app version for ios and droid.
6 The site must be compatiable several versions of old browsers.
7. The site will be a film production site.
8.I will not accept any excuse for delay , you are both the engineer and project manager I expect you to solve problems and delays to make to the 4 weeks or no PAY.
9. After site is complete I will audit and send another webmaster to examine the inside and out check for any issues. If you screw around with I will sue you.
10. Cheapest rate wins. It will be cms.
